Volatile as in it had a reaaaallly long piss when it came out of the water?

That clip is wrong in just so many different ways. And to think I used to love it as a kid. I learned a painful lesson some years back when Space:1999 was released on vhs. Nostalgia is something best left unvisited... or, rather, nostalgia works best through a foggy memory.
