The obvious one:

Springsteen - Born to Run

:P lols

I find Kids by MGMT is a good one for running to, along with a few Pixies tracks (Debaser, the Holiday Song, Wave of Mutilation). I can't think of any more right now
But then again, I could just be saying that to annoy people...

Gettysburg 1, 2 and 3 : Iced Earth.

You can pretend you are leading an epic charge across open land.
I'm not a large water-dwelling mammal Where did you get that preposterous hypothesis? Did Steve

Snow Patrol Open Your Eyes
I know it starts slow but the bit where it gets all dramatic is good for speeding up to a sprint and you are meant to alternate between fast and slow

Madness - Driving In My Car & Baggy Trousers - not really a good running tune, but it ain't half funny trying to see people running whilst listening to it. They end up sort of skipping/running/hopping.

An actual good running song is Talons by Bloc Party.
I guess the Rocky Theme works as well.
...and as the red red robin of time goes bob bob bobbin under the snowplough of eternity.... I see it's time to end

If I am trying just to keep going then "Don't Stop Me Now" by Queen really gets a few extra minutes out of me, its at a slightly faster pace so good for a quick finish on the treadmill.
