Does anyone know what was going on on South Street yesterday?

Saw huge clouds of smoke drifting past the window, 4 fire engines and an ambulance outside the Rule/Pagan Osborne about 4:30pm, and two engines still there at 7:30pm...

Third hand information tells me that it was a bin on fire.

Gossip from in the Vineleaf was that it was Jahanghir's fire. Perhaps their fishpond caught fire? Or maybe the rivals from Chillies & Peppers decided they needed stronger tactics?
