Harigate: Sideshow to the journalism earthquake

Postby macgamer on Thu Jul 14, 2011 8:29 am

In the journalistic mêlée concerning primarily News International / Corp another bizarre and intriguing story has become a sideshow - that of the implosion of Johann Hari's reputation.

His plagiarism written about here in the New Statesman by Guy Walters:

His possible connection with the mysterious 'David Rose' who has been vandalising the Wikipedia entries of Hari's critics:
Nick Cohen:

Cristina Odone:

Leading to his suspension from the Independent:

And some rather disturbing revelations that may connect Hari with Rose:

Whither for Hari?
