Board Meeting in Orientation Week

Hello All,

I hate to do this to you guys, but there will be a Board Meeting in Orientation Week to discuss immediate-term events for Freshers Week and Week 1.

This will be on Monday 18th September at 5pm in the Committee Room. As usual, if you can't make it (Board) apologies to me and Beth if possible, please.

There will be no other Board Meeting in Orientation Week.

Please note that this is not the regular time for Board Meetings in the coming semester. This is a one-off meeting to organise events for the rest of the week, some of which will be taking place earlier than the usual Board meeting on a wednesday afternoon, so having a meeting then would not be much good! Hope to see many of you there, and no doubt at some point in Freshers Week itself!

Regular Board meeting time and place will be posted on the Sinner and included in UDS link-ups nearer the time.
