In the meantime, the Lancaster motions were as follows:
1. THB that cartoons reflect the slipping standards of society (unless you were lucky enough to have Strathcylde A squirrel it as "THW make divorce illegal")
2. THB that a single parent family unit is better thean a traditional family of strife. (which allowed Strathcyde A, again in first prop, to run the exact same case)
3. THB that mentally disabled people are treated with the dame disdain as sex offenders.
4. THB that Borat is promoting anti-Semitism.
And the motion for the final:
THB that spies are glorified thieves.

The motions where made more awful when their IV Sec got up and said that they where "partially open." How the hell you have a "partially open" motion I dont know. Furthermore some of the judging was seriously dodgy. Fortunatly the last one before the break enabled me to do a half of my speach doing a Borat impression, which was great fun.
