POSTIVE RESULTS!!!!

Firstly, a huge congratulations to James and Claire who topped the novice tab, placing 22nd on the overall tab, and then going on from 1st opposition to win the Novice final on the motion 'THW allow children to sue their parents for damages incurred during pregnancy'. After 1st prop laid out no mechanism, or indeed said anything constructive at all, they were placed in a tough position but did quite well!

Secondly, congratulations to Doug and Beth who broke 6th on tab to the semis (and to Doug for coming second on the speaker tab).

Tab to be posted as soon as it's up!

Indeed, an outstanding effort from Claire and James, winners by a long way in the Novice Final.

Victory at Bogwall and the Cork Novice Break by two separate teams shows a strong novice pool, bring on Worlds!

Cheers,
-Doug
