Annual General Meeting

Wednesday 19 March, 2pm, Salad Bowl

FREE chocolate fountain.

Nominations are now open. They close on Wednesday at 1pm. If you are running for a position you must be at the AGM to be heckled.

HOW TO RUN FOR A POSITION ON BOARD

1. Go to the General Office on the 1st floor of the Union
2. Ask the nice ladies behind the desk for a nomination form.
3. Get someone to propose and second you.
4. Put the form in the large 'NOMINATIONS' envelope in the Convenor's pigeonhole.
5. Write your name on the board in the General Office under the position you're running for.

What, pray, must one do if one wishes to vote, but alas, cannot attend? Is there some form of proxy vote or somesuch that one might use?

You must show your matric card at the General Office and write your name along with the name of the person you're giving your proxy to on a list they have.

Good luck to all, ad best wishes for the BoT for next year.

All you have to do is get rid of those hangers on who insist on turning up to every meeting....
