Request for costumes

[Jubilee]

This is a request from the costume director for Angels in America. We have what I would call an ambitious costume list and I wondered if there was anyone out there who knew where I could get any of the following? (And yes I 've tried the costume cupboard)

Suspenders/braces
An Eskimo (or more correctly Inuit) coat
Those furry boots that were trés fashionable for a while
A man's 'pioneer' hat
Bonnet
Restoration era (Charles II) man's clothing
Charles II wig
Tallith
Any men's wigs
