Shakespeare-a-thon!

For the discussion, promotion and review of any and all theatre in St Andrews - student, amateur or professional. Mermaids (the University's theatre funding body) would like to hear any suggestions or criticism you may have about how to improve drama and the performing arts in student life.

On Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th May (i.e. Reading Week), Mermaids and the School of English present a massive, non-stop, uncut performed reading of the entire History Cycle all over St Andrews. It's for charity, so drop by and catch 40 actors in 8 plays over 27 hours.

11am Tuesday at the Castle - "Richard II"
2pm at the Cathedral - "Henry IV Part I"
5pm at the Bandstand (Scores, by the Old Course) - "Henry IV Part II"
9pm in Venue 1 of the Students Union - "Henry V"
Midnight at St Mary's Quad - "Henry VI Part I"
3am at St Mary's Quad - "Henry VI Part II"
6am at Castle Sands - "Henry VI Part III"
9am at the Castle - "Richard III"
