Is it expensive, and what kinds of flats or houses are you living in?

if your taking about private rent...i pay £280/month for a single room in a house. it's a three bedroom house with a large lounge/kitchen/bathroom and garden.
bills...electricity/gas/internet/telephone...
each comes up to ~£10 per month.

if you compare it with uni accommodations, it's expensive; no bills!

I'm living in halls adn you can find out prices at www.st-andrews.ac.uk/resbus/public_html ... comm.shtml

bills are included in the price. this is generally cheaper than living in flats.
