On 5 November, we will be burning straw men in effigy on the Castle Sands on 5 November. As it is the beginning of Reading Week, your first essays will be turned in, and our first official event of this year please comes along. We'll meet in the Union main bar around 9pm, and then head down to the Castle Sands around 10pm.

The bonfire is now taking place on the 4th of November. Other details stay the same - meet at the main bar of the union at 9pm for a quick drink, then all heading over to Castle Sands for 10pm. Hope to see you there!
