Flatmates/room wanted

Hi,

I'm a first year female PhD student looking for a room in a house OR people to buddy up with for the 2014/2015 semester. I would be looking into moving into a place from around late May/June depending on when I have to leave my current room. Budget could be up to £450 but would like to find a place for less if at all possible. I would prefer to live with PhD students, or masters students. I'm tidy, easy-going and friendly, work hard but also like socialising.
