Accomodation from February

Hi, I am a postgraduate student who will stay in St.Andrews from August to February07. Do you think there is a possibility to get an accomodation in this period?!? Or: do you think would there be the possibility to find a person who need a room from march to june, if I let a room for the whole "classical" period september-june07, and who will substitute me?
