Lovely, sunny, fully-furnished, first-floor 2BR flat available just past the Kinnessburn (7- to 10-minute walk into town), rent is 620 pcm (excluding bills) until 31 July, if finishing up our lease short-term or 640 pcm if starting a new 12-month contract.
