Posted: Wed Apr 14, 2010 1:08 pmLovely, sunny, fully-furnished, first-floor 2BR flat available just past the Kinnessburn (7- to 10-minute walk into town), rent is 620 pcm (excluding bills) until 31 July, if finishing up our lease short-term or 640 pcm if starting a new 12-month contract. We would consider sub-letters to complete our lease from 8/9 May until 31 July, but the landlords would prefer to arrange new long-term tenants.
Gas central heating and double glazing, bills for gas and electricity usually run 58 pcm. Very nice neighbourhood, with excellent access to everything in town, both supermarkets/hospital and town centre (though closer to the latter). On-street parking always available, very quiet and safe.
Two large bedrooms, both with double beds, desks, chests of drawers, bookshelves, etc., one with built-in closet. Fitted kitchen with all appliances, the large fridge-freezer and oven (electric, gas cooker above) are both just over a year old, also kitchen table and chairs. Bathroom has jacuzzi-style corner bathtub and separate power shower cubicle. Large living room with three-piece suite and in-built shelving. Huge loft storage area, just re-insulated this past month above and beyond government recommendations. Very large garden with shed & tools, flowers, vegetable patch, blackberries, strawberries, and rhubarb, etc. though there's no obligation to keep these!
