Hello,

We have a beautiful cottage located in an idyllic setting available to let. Three large bedrooms (1 master ensuite and two large twin rooms), large dining kitchen and seperate dining & living rooms. Well furnished and equipped - wifi and sky t.v. Only ten minutes from St Andrews - good regular bus service on doorstep. Would suit either a couple plus one single or two singles in compliance with HMO requirements/criteria.

Can someone advise me when e.g. Post-graduate courses, Masters and PHDs start at St Andrews.
