The AGM

This isn't an official announcement (which will come a week before), but we're looking at a provisional date of 18th April (i.e. Monday of Week Nine) for the AGM. This will be officially confirmed in an email the week before. The positions available are those of the executive committee:

President
Vice-president
Treasurer
Secretary

Other positions will be handed out later.
The meeting will be observed by someone from the Societies Office, who will be the reurning officer. As it would help if the elections where quorate (i.e. passed by a majority), if you can make it to the meeting, please do.

The President is Sarah (who is graduating at the end of this year I think...)
The Vp is Patrick
The Treasurer is Duncan (though he has said he doesn't wish to continue in that role)
No idea who the secratary is.
