Monster pub crawl details

Here are the details of the pub crawl, copied shamelessly from the e-mail I sent out

This will occur on Saturday, the 6th of March, 2004. That is THIS Saturday. Miss it, miss out. No rescheduling. At all.

In case you are wondering just how many pubs that actually is, here is the full itinerary. You might want to print this out for you own reference in case you get lost, or you sleep in and have to catch us halfway round, or you get abducted by martians, or any number of the difficulties that might befall you.

Monster Pub Crawl 2004 Itinerary

That is a grand total of 28 pubs. Before anybody complains that some obscure pub over near Safeways or something has been missed out, remember that the real ale pub crawl is, of course, the definitive pub crawl, which neatly means that any pub not included is, by definition, not a pub. So there.

DISCLAIMER

The St Andrews University Real Ale Society, although it will take every action to prevent such occurrences, does not accept any responsibility for loss of life, limb or liver to participants of the pub crawl. We will not be liable for any damage caused through participants' vomiting, projectile or otherwise, to clothing, decor or furniture. (Or glassware. That means you, Martin.)

Details of the day:

If you want to come on the pub crawl, then meet us in one of two places: either in 43 Albany Park around 10 o'clock, where bacon sandwiches will be served to help soak up the beer (any veggies better tell me before I feed them Miss Piggy), or outside the Stables before 11. If you want bacon sandwiches, reply to this email saying so. That way we know how many sandwiches to make, see?

You could, of course, meet up with us at some other point on the crawl, but then you wont be in the setting-out photograph. So nobody will know you were there.

Anyone who doesn't know where either the Stables or Albany Park is, has better find out. I can't really draw you a map. Sorry.
