Getting into an 18+ club shows that at least she looks the part, besides 16 is fair game anyway.
Besides, as above, you are not in the best postion to draw moral lines when it comes to age.

I got a 10 initially, but it was inexplicably upgraded to a 12. In all fairness, my program was dreadful as I'd basically just reimplemented MIPS, but I had hoped to convince him otherwise with an outstanding report. Evidently it didn't work.

It wasn't too disastrous as it brought my practical average down to 15, but that's still the lowest average I've had going into an exam.
