Hey kids,

You'll be pleased to hear (or not...) that I've been allowed back on the decks after the AGM tomorrow night.

This week I have the usual randomness... (emo kids get there early BTW) but I have managed to make it a bit more 'metal', probably not to everyone's taste (as always) but screw that.

Suffice to say it is fun-filled... well, for me anyway.

Also, I will be playing Hammerfall so get there for the first set if you want to get your power metal groove on!!

Why not play a long song every week (ie a Dream Theater or Opeth track, or even Rime of the Ancient Mariner)

Totally agree with more Mastodon and would ask to overplay less stuff (Follow the Reaper and For Whom the Bell Tolls come to mind)

But seriously - if anyone played The Leper Affinity by Opeth i would actually love them.
And more Megadeth. and hey why not some Godsmack?
