Practice space, etc

Is there a local facility for a band to practice (preferably with a drum set and amps or whatnot)?

All I know is that some of the halls (Uni Hall, New Hall) have music rooms in which you can wander in a practice in (there's usually a piano in there but not much else) or book a timeslot. I've heard you can get a room in the Mansfield too and maybe the union but I'm not sure.
Aren't you all entitled to your half-arsed musings...You've thought about eternity for 25 minutes and think you've come to some interesting conclusions...My kind have harvested the souls of a million peasants and I couldn't give a ha'penny jizz for your internet assembled philosophy

Get in touch with musfund. They have amps and drumkits and you can book various rooms in the union to use the stuff (normally the beer bar when it isn't being used).
If you do physics, panic.
