We have plans for running WHF/40K (both if enough people are interested), Cthulhu, D&D, something for Magic the Gathering and something involving Munchkin (possibly the RPG... who knows).

So how does this whole SABRE thing work? I have a few ideas but I don't really know whats going on. What is actually going to happen, a big room with lots of tables, what?

Thus far:
We have the 2nd (or top, to avoid confusion caused by American numbering) floor of the Union for both days, so space will not be an issue. Start at 10am on the Saturday (open for setting up at 9am), continue until tea time. Rock ensues at about 8pm until 1am. Re-start, in theory, at 10am Sunday. Finish at tea time Sunday.

If people are runing things on both days, I would like to have things split so that people have a bit more choice. I.E. run one D&D game on the Saturday and a diferent on the Sunday, or 40K on the Saturday and Fantasy on the Sunday.

If needed, I can run a WFRP game, or even D&D at a push. However, I really want to use my Witch Hunters. I'll see how it goes.

Reguarding the good Commodore's selection, I have surveyed it and found a remarkable abundance of restraint in fanboyishness. There is an element of it, yes, but constrained by concidering what might actualy be apropriate as well as good.

And yes, I do seem to recall there is Queen. As there is, I believe, Hammerfall in yours?

Let's face it, a lack of either would be about as likley as me doing one without Judas Priest in it.
