Vanities?

Postby elfelfbaby on Sat Jun 10, 2006 12:37 am

I'm just posting here to find out if Vanities still runs and if it does, I'm looking for contact details for Dave or whoever runs it now. Hope you can help.

any chance I can drop in one night next semmester and watch a session? Sounds interesting, and I'm kind of into the whole V:TM franchise.

Now some people weren't happy about the content of that last post. And we can't have someone not happy. Not on the internet.

I'd ask first, but I'm sure they'll be happy to have a new player.

Anyone's welcome to come and play. If you want to watch a session prior to making a decision - that's fine.

Had a look through the forum and see there might be a game on Saturdays over the summer, is this still the case? If so where, when and how many players are still around from the olden days? Never played Vanities but the chances are high I know the original players if they're still about (although I may well have forgotten their names).

And no, I'm not elfelfbaby, although I have a feeling I might know who that is.

EDIT: ARG! The moderator has forgotten to check this thing for a month! Blame him for the wierd post dates.

You've got me intrigued as to who you are now.

There is a Vanities-paradigm game running on Saturdays at the moment - although it's table-top (ish) because there aren't enough players for a LARP this summer. It's set in N. Africa (alternating between Tunis/Carthage and Marrakech mostly) and is an Elders level game. It will only be running for the next 6 weeks or so (after which normal Vanities will return), although I'm happy to take on another player as long as they're familiar with Vampire (even if not Vanities)

The only player from the "olden day" is Richard (aka Vidders/Vidian).
