LGBTsoc AGM Mon 20/03

Hey guys,

Just wanted to let you all know that the LGBT soc AGM is coming up.

March 20th, 8pm, Mansefield Building (opposite the union), Lochnager room.

This is a fantastic oppertunity to give something back to the society, whether
you aren't happy with how things are run or you just have some fantastic ideas
for events and welfare talks.

If you are interested in running but you aren't sure what each role really does,
have a look at our new spiffy website (www.st-andrews.ac.uk/~lgbtsoc) and go to
the committee link. This page details who is currently in each position and has
their personal e-mail address. Don't be afraid to send them a quick e-mail
asking what it is they actually do etc.

If you are not interested in running, please do ensure that you come along to
vote in your new committee. It is of vital importance that you do vote, these
people will be running the society for a whole year, managing its accounts and
putting on all the events!!

Please include your full name and e-mail address and the name and e-mail address
of a proposer and a seconder.

N.B. Only matriculated students who are paid members of the society are eligible
to run for positions on the committee.
