Hi there!

Just to introduce ourselves before the shameless self-publicising starts...

We're Chris and Jenna, and we're the Student Reps for the Gay & Lesbian Association of Doctors and Dentists (GLADD). We're both medics studying in London, and we're here to represent the interests of all you queer medical/dental students out there, WHEREVER YOU ARE IN THE COUNTRY!

Some of you may have heard of GLADD, others of you may not have had the pleasure Wink.

Well... as far as we're concerned, GLADD for students is all about support, friendship and - most importantly - FUN!

We organise social events/parties on a regional and national level to give you the opportunity to meet and mingle with like-minded students from up-and-down the country. There are also a number of topic based meetings throughout the year for those of you interested in learning something outside your clinical studies.

We completely understand that for some, the idea of joining a LGBT-specific group is offputting for a number of reasons. We can't hope to address all these here, but we are very keen to hear suggestions from all sections of our diverse community on how we can improve things to meet your needs.
