Parcels

Why do they have a reception staffed with six managers (yes six) and two secretaries, yet we have to go to fife park at restricted times to collect our parcels and it is the porters who have to staff it??? The porters are the only two people on this complex that do any work. That reception is a joke.

5 managers, 3 porters (or it was about 3 weeks ago anyway).

Its like the NHS! What do the managers manage anyway? Or is it them who sends us all that spam? ;)

It's quite obvious. Those that they make plenty of money out of won't need mail facilities, therefore they didn't bother building one in, it would seem. The students are there to bridge the time between the profitable holiday seasons.

The porters are nice though!

I have been expecting a parcel for about a week now and I'm really anxious to get it.
Nothing too important but things like photos and a few essentials that I really miss! Does it take the DRA people ages to sort the mail?

the day the parcel arrives is the day you are notified that it has arrived, usually.
