anyone know anything about the rules and penalties for having pets (lets say gerbils, for example) in a fife park room?

Aww, gerbils, how cute ^_^ I really wish i could have rats but the cage they'd need to be happy would be too big to really hide :-(

i sincerely hope it's a large freshwater trout in a 6 by 3 tank.
