8.30pm onwards ‘Behind the Bike Sheds’ Tuck Shop and free punch (Common Room)

SATURDAY 11th
11am-11.30pm Brunch

7.30pm onwards 3-Legged Charity Pub Crawl (meet in the Common Room)

2pm DRP Match
(meet in the front foyer to head to the Uni playing fields for a 2.30 kick-off)

And again why is the sports all centred round DRP.. they arent the only Chattan hall team there are 2 others.. in better leagues.

DRP are in the line-up because they asked to be. I have no idea who the other team is other than the Chattan Upbirds and I don't know who's in that team, ergo they are not featured.

Further to the above I would like to notify you all of the Rocksoc gathering on Thursday ((9th) in Venue 2 of the Union. I know it's not strictly to do with Chattan, but I thought I should promote, especially since I'm DJing the second set (starting about 9:30).
I would also like to point out that, contrary to common opinion (as overheard at breakfast the other day), it is not GothSoc... in fact there are very few goths there, not that anyone actually knows what a proper goth is anymore... it is basically just a great place to go for drinking, making friends and, of course, listening to some kick ass music. I will admit there is a lot of 'loud, scary' metal music played but I'm on a crusade to bring some more 'accessible' tunes to the night. If you're a fan of any form rock music I'm sure you will hear something you like. Even if you just want a break from the mainstream/Top 40 stuff they play downstairs, head on up... you'll never know what you're missing otherwise.

Ummm... other than that, welcome to Chattan/St Andrews/Scotland. I hope you enjoy your time here.

It dissappoints me that u have no pride in ur hall teams.. there is one other team Chattan Deamons.. premier league outfit.. and as for the DRP continuing to win.. consider the league the occupy. Fair play better skilled than me personally some players.. as a whole the team are destined to stay in the lower leagues.

Thanks for telling me. I'm not a big football fan, sad to say, and as I said the only reason why DRP feature so much is becuase they're proactive enough to ask. If the Upbirds and the Daemons wanted to recruit in hall, I'd be more than willing to help them do so. However, I've not heard anything from either team, therefore they don't appear. Fair? I think so.

By the way, if anyone else knows of anything fun going on during the next week, then fell free to post, just like Lex and Rock Soc. No harm in doing so.

Oh and those who slag off the line-up and lack of people/events on such, should put ofrward their suggestions early enough for them to be incorporated instead of being so miserable after it's already been finalised...

I may be wrong...

But I don't think there are any Daemon or Upbirds players in hall this year. All the ones I knew from last year have either graduated and/or moved out...

Which would explain the lack of promotion.

me neither, hence lack of promotion. as i have said before I would be more than happy to promote any of the hall teams. maybe if this mysterious chattanite revealed their identity and also revealed those of the upbird and daemon players in hall, or put them in touch with me, there wouldn't be this problem...
