I can't see a rule concerning privacy other than the one that prohibits revealing members' real names. Anyway, if someone chooses to post their own room number, I don't see why we would have a problem with it. The worst that could happen is someone from the same hall knocking on their door and introducing themselves as such-and-such from the Sinner. And presumably the point of posting the number in the first place was to make acquaintances or to learn who your neighbours are, so there we go.

I'm working at McIntosh this summer so I should be able to answer a few questions!

Hi I've been accepted into McIntosh for next year and wondered if anyone knew what room C2 was like?

C floor is the first floor, which is usually an all-girls floor, & C2 is right at the near-end of the coridor near the main stairs & above the main door. It's on the front of the building, looking out over the crescent. It's a decent size single & has just had new paint & carpet in the last fortnight, along with a lot of C floor. If I get really bored on a night shift I'll go up & take a photo for you.

Do you have any idea what room A** is like?

A is the top floor, which has stunning sea views if you get a room on the back of the building (A19-A31). I think A is normally a mixed floor.

Hi guys, many thanks to all especially losteden, most helpful, a picture would be great if you have the time, if not I will just have to wait two weeks!! Very excited just have no idea about how much stuff I should bring I'm your typical female over packer oops!!
