Edited because it's obvious if that's the only day it can be done; just wondering if there's another reason.

New Hall always supply buses to take residents to the ball its only a £1000 to do it, you cant expect people to pay £15 return in a taxi to get to their hall ball!!

by that he didn't mean we'd have to pay for taxis, just that it wasn't really free as our hall subs had already paid for it.
