Shock horror!!!

For the first time that I can remember Mr Dum has missed a debate! Would that be in favour of a certain curly-headed new yorker...?

Mr Dum's presence is not required, thus Mr Dee needn't discipline, if that's what you're suggesting.
However perhaps Mr Dee would be upset to have been carelessly tossed aside for a girl by Mr Dum...!

I'm sure it is rather Father Ted that caught the roaming eye of Mr Dum.

Eeeeuw now that's just wrong...

I know Mr Dum has bad taste in men - hmm chicken fajitas... - but Father Ted??? Jeez that guy's old!

And dead come to think of it... maybe it's him that's into corpses rather than who he and I originally agreed upon...

Btw - whose pyjama bottoms did you sleep in/wake up in this morning...?

Wasn't it stated at the top of the thread that (real) names would be omitted, in order to mildly protect the identities of those involved?

My own, naturally (and let me add that they are much more comfortable).

on that note, if anybody is reading this board to see if their unreg post has appeared here yet... don't hold your breath. it won't be about any time soon.

as for gossip...I find that its more powerful if its concentrated in the hands of a select few. when you pass it around it gets devalued.

Shit Chattan

Postby adam freeman on Sun Nov 07, 2004 5:29 pm

Now what you folks seem to have missed is 2003's 'alternative' McIntosh Newsletter, 'Shit Chattan' ...

Sadly, the second edition of the aformentioned underground rag (ew! an 'underground rag') never made the shelves as certain members of the editorial 'bored of ten' thought the revelations to be too 'revealy'. Only one edition ever entered the public domain.

Here's a reminder of what you've been missing out on - an article written for the first addition by a certain former senior student...

Cutting-edge quantum physicist, Dr Cat Bailie, today made a startling claim that may change the way we look at Hall forever: A-floor may not exist in conventional reality. "Basically," says Dr Bailie, "I have found evidence to suggest that A-floor does not exist unless a person from B-floor is present, and thus the very existence of the floor comes into question upon their departure.
Distinct A-floor events are rumoured to have occurred in the past but this has never been proven, leading Dr Bailie to label them 'non-events'. In addition, the groud of A-floor is known to slope at peculiar non-Eucleidian angles, and the rooms are frequently noticed to be smaller that their outside appearance. Dr Bailie grimly speculates that this may have been a factor in the decision to place males on A-floor in the year coming.

Liliputian back in action

Postby Tweedle-Dum on Sun Nov 07, 2004 6:07 pm

For important reasons, it has to be noted that two nights ago liliputian was rumoured to have been seen leaving a house on hope street having spent a night with the biggest Sinner of them all

there's no (regular) sinners that live on hope street - we just crashed at someone's flat on Friday night, the 'biggest sinner of them all' and I.
