Deadline for First Years to get into Regs

Does anyone know what the latest I can have my accomodations app in by and still stand a chance of getting into regs as a first year? It would be there by now but the fine people at UPS delivered it to a town about 15 miles from St. Andrews by mistake.

i believe you can't apply for specific halls, they just put you in a random hall. you'd best be asking accomodation services.

If your a first year how would you know where you want to stay? Unless your looking for places close to the pubs, or you visited here on an open day.
