Not sure about "discussion". There's the Union Debating Society for one. I believe the Inter-Varsity training still meets Wednesday Afternoons at 2-4pm. in the Union.

Apart from that, there are a number of groups which hold discussion groups, debates and guest lectures.
Now some people weren't happy about the content of that last post. And we can't have someone not happy. Not on the internet.

Do you mean Chat Club? I hear that's pretty elite...

Want to meet boys and girls in your local area? Join Chat Club.

The only rule of chat club is you have to talk excessively about chat club.

There is some discussion group in the Uni- it is run by a number of 2nd year boys and from what I have heard it is pretty masonic in tradition. I believe they have a dinner at the Old Course on Tuesday I would advise ringing them to find out... I think I know who the people are who started/organise it. But its a bit like the KK I think it is invitation only

My friend is the former head of the discussion club. Its an awful club filled with toffs claiming to be engaged in "high brow chat". Its basically the KK but even worse as they don't do anything for charity.

Some may describe it as a "comfort wank" following rejection from the KK

CONFUSION

looks like those bastards at the KK win again, though how they managed to deceive google is beyond even my powers of guesstimation
