Either/Or game

Welcome to the RockSoc board, it gets worse here every day... talk about RockSoc, rock music, plain rocks or other silly irrelevant drivel. All are welcome: members & non-members, of the past, present & future.

Either/Or game

Postby Simon on Thu Nov 13, 2003 7:27 pm

OK, I'm bored....

Seeing the Kinks or Beatles poll nest to this 'ere board reminded of a wonderfully pointless messageboard game.

Simple really - Pose a question as "a or b?" Next person answers it and poses one of their own.

Explanations are optional, but you must always answer a question and you must always ask a question. The last version of this I saw had well over 2000 replies. I'll be impressed if you lot can catch up with the screaming thread :-)

Depends on the flavour of the soup, and of the juice.

Ow, tough choice!

Guess I'll have to go nu-metal just because I can pick 1 song I like from that genre (not many more, but one at least) whereas no-one seems to be able to agree on what is and isn't emo so therefore I don't know if I actually like anything in the genre or not :-)

EBM:
dance music for goths and the best thing to happen to music in years
or
a pile of wanky dance shite?

Re:

well if it's specifically 'wanky dance shite' then EBM all the way. if you just mean dance music in general then it's a tougher choice. but at the end of the day when you have bands like Front 242 & VNV Nation then i guess you've got to go with EBM anyway.

Jeans: tighter or baggier?

baggier, as long as they don't evolve back into 70's flares!

I meant: EBM, is it "dance for goths" or "wanky dance shite"? so I'll use that as a new question :-)

Dance for goths, easily. It's what it was intended to be, wasn't it?

OK, how about in or out?
