This year I've been a postgrad at St Andrews but my contract has ended. I'll be leaving the UK in a week to do research for my thesis, but plan to be back here in August to write the masterpiece.

In case you are still looking for a room,

There is a room available in a two bedroom flat at 6 Roundhill Road, KY168HE, next to Greyfriars Primary School, 10 minute walk to SMRU or Bute.

The room will be available from the start of August and until September 9th if anyone is interested in a short term rent. Room has a double bed and a table, linen is provided. The flat is very quiet and warm, with lots of light coming in, and it has a garden with a cloth line at the back. The kitchen was recently renovated and the bathroom and bedroom have just been painted.

Rent is £100 per week, bills and internet included.
