Hi there,

I have a room with a double bed available in my flat from September2012-September2013. The flat is huge, and has loads of storage space, a fully equiped kitchen, giant living room, and comes with two friendly flatmates!

The flat itself is in the very centre of town - 20 second walk from the bus station, less than a minute to tesco/students union/anything in the centre of town.

Rent is £500 per month including all bills (gas, electricity, TV licence, internet, housephone etc...). I'm hoping to have people around over the next week to view the place, so anyone interested please get in touch by email.
