Double Room available for student with en-suite

We have a double room available from start of February in our house. You would be sharing with two first year PhD students one male and one female.

The room is large and has an en-suite with plenty of natural light. The rent is £450 per month plus bills, around £50.

The house is on Lamond Drive, 5 min walk to Aldi and 10 mins to town.
