10 Freddie Tait Street is a very attractive, recently refurbished, four bedroom terraced house situated in a popular residential area of St Andrews just 10 minutes walk from the town centre. The house has been granted an HMO Licence for 4 people.
ROOMS:
The house has 4 double bedrooms, 2 Shower rooms plus 1 en-suite shower room to large attic bedroom, 1 public room, large dining kitchen leading to rear garden.There is generous storage space within each bedroom as well as desk and chair. 2 of the rooms have been rented out already to 2 female postgraduate students. Ideally we are looking for 2 friends to move in.
RENT:
The rental cost is £400 per month for each Bedroom and £450 per month for Bedroom with en-suite: this includes: internet broadband access, TV, electricity, gas, central heating and hot water, there is an initial refundable deposit of £250.
