HALP! Can't get into my accomodation e contract!

Is anyone else having this problem?

The only link I can seem to find on the Accomodation page is at the right hand and seemds to be for new students:

I tried it anyway and it doesn't work, any help?

Works for me. (3rd student). Are you entering your matric number instead of your user id?
