Hi Juliette,

I'm currently staying at Deans Court but I'd like to move out in January.
Deans Court is the only postgrad catered hall in St Andrews and it's quiet if compared to the undergrad or mixed halls. Noneteheless, it has a lively social life.
My room is in the annex building in 3, South St and has two large wardrobes, a large mirror and a dresser, so it's perfect for a girl!

Hi,

I have a room I am looking to let ASAP. It's in a 2 bed flat in a court just off Tom Morris Drive. The flat is nice, has gas central heating, washing machine, nice kitchen, big TV. Already one tenant, very nice girl, 4th year undergrad english student and easy to get along with. Rent is £300pcm with £40 utilities.
