Hi,

I am looking for someone to share house with me. My current housemate moves out at the end of February.

We have a house on Churchill Crescent, which can be shared by two people. (One of them could be YOU! :-) )
There are two bedrooms, a very well equipped kitchen (cooker: gas, 6 hobs / oven: electric) with a dishwasher, a bathroom, living room, an additional room (can be used as storage, if somebody wants to crush, as an office space, ...), a conservatory. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. We've also got a garden.

The rent is 335 pounds/month plus utilities. Ideally you are a student, so we won't have to pay council tax. Utilities include broadband internet and a landline phone.
The accomodation is managed by Rollos, which have proved to be very reliable and helpful and definitely not like some other agencies in town...

I am a 1st year PhD student from Germany. Living with another postgrad (preferably one who won't move out in summer already again) would be nice, but I am very open - send me an e-mail and we can meet up and I'll show you the place.

People have been asking about utilities.
In the months September till November (December onwards haven't been billed yet) landline, broadband, gas, and electricity added up to 90 pounds a month average, so about 45 pounds/person/month.

Almost all previous tenants have lived here for several years, and that does not need to change, the lease will, however, be a six months lease.
