Flatmate needed for next academic year

We are looking for a third flatmate to live in our house next year (2011/12). We are two female undergraduates (current second year and third year), and are looking for another female undergraduate student.
The house is on Sandyhill Crescent (off Lamond Drive), 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
