3 bedroom flat wanted ..

We are three 2nd years looking for a 3 bedroom house or flat for the next academic year (2011/ 2012). Ideally looking for something pretty close to town and not too expensive but will consider anything really

We are 3 females, all friendly, responsible, tidy, clean etc etc.. and all have both character and accomodation refrences.

Any information or anything on flats or houses available would be great
