Hi,

I have a room available in a two bedroom house in St Andrews. It is a lovely house within walking distance to the town (10/15 mins). I am a clean, friendly and very easy going female. I am looking to share with another clean tidy female. The house has a lounge, dining area, big kitchen, great garden and bathroom and 3 bedrooms (landlord can only rent the two rooms due to HMO regulations). The rent is £365 which is very reasonable given that you are so near town. The house is also in good condition and there is plenty of room. The rent includes use of the phone and internet. The lounge has TV (with cable) and there are individual TV's (also with cable) in each of the rooms.

I am also prepared to rent the room for the academic year (i.e. from Aug/Sept rather than June) if i find the right person
