Found a nice 2 bedroom house near Lamond Drive st and I am looking for a flatmate to share it asap, as the landlady would like to give it soon!

The rent is 348 excluding bills and it is a great deal for such a beautiful place so I would not want to miss it!
The house consists of:
2 bedrooms
1 big living room
1 very big kitchen with dining table
1 toilet with bathtub and over shower
1 study room

Also benefits from gas central heating, double glazing, off street parking and pretty gardens.

I am a 25 year old, first year PhD student and would prefer to find another PhD or PostDoc student to share with! Necessary feat: cleanliness!
