room available from 1 June 2011

Hi everybody,

my current contract lasts until September 1st, however as I have to leave St Andrews early, I'm looking for somebody to take over my room from June to the end of August. It would most probably be possible to rent the room for the subsequent academic year also. The room is 360 pound/month.

The apartment has 2 levels, is very spacey, clean and neat. It has 2 bedrooms (my very friendly and considerate flatmate -female- will stay until the end of August), plus a small guest room, a spacey living room, and a very modern and perfectly equipped kitchen.

It is close to Aldi and Morrison's and about 15 minutes walk from the center.
