One double room available in shared two bedroom house on Roundhill Road (just off Tom Morris Drive, 10 mins walk from town centre, 10 mins walk from Morrison's supermarket). House has two double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, spacious lounge and back garden. On street parking is available.

Rent is £320 per calendar month excluding bills, but the room is available to postgrads/postdocs only (landlord's rules).

Room is available from 26th March onwards, and the house is to be shared with me, a research PhD student. Initially contract is for 6 months with the option to extend for longer after that.
