The flat is centrally located (near westport arch) close to the centre of town, university, shops and transport links. The accommodation is very spacious (over two floors) and has a modern kitchen with all the amenities you would expect including dishwasher and washing machine. There is wireless internet and free on street parking directly outside. A FreeSat television package is also provided at no extra charge.


Given that it is quite late in the day, I am prepared to offer the rooms at a rent of £365 PCM (including bills), which is significantly lower than term time rent (Sep to June) and very good considering the quality and the location of the flat.
