I am looking for a nice flatmate to share the first floor of an house on Lamond Drive, St-Andrews. It's a lovely 4 1/2 for two people, double bed with access to the backyard. The rent is 350£/month, bills not included. The owner is looking for a postgrad and she would like to let it from November 1st to July 30th (lease renewable).
